PHOTOS: Katie Parla at Sardella.

This past fall we got a chance to document a special event at Sardella in celebration of “Food from the Italian South” a new cookbook from author Katie Parla. This dinner featured recipes from her cookbook prepared by chef Gerard Craft and the team at Sardella. This was one of our favorite food related events we got to participate in last year. We were asked to help document and capture Katie’s dinner and getting a chance to be in the kitchen with the staff at Sardella was an awesome experience we won’t soon forget.
