This cookbook was made in partnership with Global Foods Market with the intention of representing and celebrating the diverse cultures within St. Louis. We have asked the public and local chefs to submit their best recipes, and we encourage you to explore Global Foods Market for all your ingredients. A portion of the proceeds from each cookbook purchased will be donated to the International Institute of St. Louis to help incoming immigrants have a smoother transition into the St. Louis community.
